What the demo shows you
One hospital. Four hazards. A signature you can check.
01
A real program, not a slideshow
Northwind Health is a fictional hospital network. You walk its actual CIRMP surface: the four hazard areas, the control posture, the material risks, and the incidents on the clock.
02
The evidence behind each number
Every hazard score traces back to the controls and evidence under it. You see what the program is claiming and why, the same way an auditor would read it.
03
Sign it, then prove it
The attestation is signed with a real cryptographic signature, and the verifier checks it in front of you. Change one byte of the pack and verification fails.
Synthetic data
Northwind Health is invented. Every organisation, person, control, score, and incident in the demo is synthetic. Nothing here maps to a real entity or a real CIRMP. The product is pre-release.
